The scorpionfish pate is a traditional recipe from Spain, specifically from Asturias, Cantabria and the Basque Country. It was popularized by Chef Juan María Arzak. Our pate is made with a very tasty fish, which gives this product a familiar and intense seafood flavor. Net weight 500 grs.
Scorpionfish pate is a source of proteins of high biological value. It contains group B (B1, B2, B3 and B6) vitamins and it is especially rich in vitamin B12. This pate also contains potassium, phosphorus and magnesium.
Although it may be eat alone, it is best consumed with toasted bread and canapes.
