The scorpionfish pate is a traditional Spanish cuisine recipe, specifically from Asturias, Cantabria and the Basque Country. It was popularized by Chef Juan María Arzak.
Our pate is made with a very tasty fish, which gives this product a familiar and intense seafood flavor.

Health: Scorpionfish pate is a source of proteins of high biological value. It contains group B (B1, B2, B3 and B6) vitamins and it is especially rich in vitamin B12. This pate also contains potassium, phosphorus and magnesium.
Recommendation: Although it may be eat alone, it is best consumed with toasted bread and canapes.
