Ingredients: cockle, water, lemon and salt

Process: handcrafted, no preservatives or colouring.

Origin: Rías de Galicia.


  • To be tasted cold, at a temperature of about 10-12ºC.
  • Put the tin on ice or in the freezer about 5 or 10 minutes before opening.

Suitable as an aperitif or to accompany dishes.
