Vermouth Canasta is based on the Canasta wine - a Jerez wine that is a benchmark in its category, sweet and smooth, aged for six years in oak casks in our cellars - flavoured with the best selection of herbal notes that result in this exclusive vermouth.
Total RatingVermouth elaborated with a base of Canasta wine (sweet wine obtained from a careful selection of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, both aged together for six years in American oak barrels under the exclusive system of Soleras and Criaderas) and an elegant mixture of aromas of flowers, fruits, roots, woods and barks.
Aromatics: wormwood and sage; dried chamomile flowers, hops, elder, saffron and cloves; fruits: seeds, star anise, bitter orange peel, cardamom, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, mace, nutmeg and vanilla; angelica roots, aromatic calamus, bell pepper, gentian, imperial, lily and turmeric; woods and barks: Ceylon cinnamon, dried croton bark, calisayan cinchona, pomegranate bark and quassia wood.
